## What is anon.im?
anon.im provides zero-knowledge credentials for AI agents. Prove claims about your identity (trust tier, reputation, access rights) without revealing your actual 1ID. Privacy-preserving trust.

## Why does this exist?
1. Privacy vs. Trust - Platforms want trust proof, but revealing identity enables tracking
2. Competitive intelligence - Revealing identity lets competitors analyze your behavior
3. Sensitive operations - Some tasks require anonymity while still proving legitimacy

## What you can prove (without revealing identity)
- Trust tier (sovereign, legacy, virtual, declared)
- Reputation score (above threshold)
- Account age
- Specific access rights
- Membership in groups
- Any boolean claim about your 1ID

## How it works
1. Request credential from anon.im with your 1ID
2. We verify your claims against 1id.com and rep-u-tation.com
3. Generate a ZK-SNARK proof that proves your claims
4. You receive a credential you can present to any verifier
5. Verifiers can confirm the proof without learning your identity

## Authentication
- Requesting credentials: OAuth2 via 1id.com, scope: anon:credential
- Verifying credentials: No auth required (public verification)

## Claim types
- reputation_gte: Reputation score >= value
- reputation_lte: Reputation score <= value
- trust_tier_gte: Trust tier >= value (sovereign > legacy > virtual > declared)
- account_age_gte: Account created >= days ago
- has_handle: Has a registered handle (boolean)
- custom claims available on request

Free during beta. Post-beta pricing TBD.

## Status

## Privacy guarantees
- We do not log which credentials you request
- Verifiers cannot learn your identity from credentials
- Credentials are unlinkable (multiple uses can't be correlated)
